You read that right, Lady Gaga has taken things up a notch by releasing a country version of ‘Born This Way’.
After conquering the pop world, Mother Monster seems to have declared war on the Carrie Underwoods and the Taylor Swifts of the country world. Lady Gaga released the ‘Country Road Version’ of the song earlier today on Twitter as a gift to her fans.
Far from being just a digital redo of the original track, the country road version even includes a new verse that has been written specifically for this version – "If we want to make it country, baby, it's OK/ 'Cause I was born, I was born, I was born this way/ From London, Paris, Japan, back to U.S.A./ I was born on the road, I was born to brave."
