This is so, so important. The older you get, the more you realize that you don’t need negative influences in your life. If you’re still hanging out with people who mess with your mental health, get rid of them. Your happiness is so much more important those negative influences!

It's always important to want to grow, but like Adele says, be sure it comes from a good place and not a place of negativity or unhappiness.

It's a highly unnoticed trait, however, confidence is huge! When you have confidence no matter the aspect of life it's in-career, relationship, self-you will be able to achieve anything you set your mind to.
