Pap Sues Kanye West...

Kanye West sure knows how to seek out trouble. This time around, it is a photographer who is suing the trouble-magnet star and his bodyguards for roughing him up.

The incident in question took place in May of 2008 at a Guastavino's in New York. Michael Vasquez, the paparazzo in question, claims that he was "assaulted, battered, beat and threatened" by West and his crew when he tried to photograph the rapper.

Kanye West was on that night emceeing for the 25th anniversary event of Casio's G-shock watches. Kanye was reportedly paid $1 million for performing at the event, but it seems like he could lose all of that and some more if Vasquez ends up triumphant in the eyes of the law.

Vazquez is seeking unspecified damages, alleging for pain and suffering stemming from the scuffle that included bruises and a dislocated shoulder.

Kanye's reps have not been available for comments on this issue so far.
