There are couples in Hollywood who made us all believe in the holy matrimony and then shattered those beliefs. We’ve seen it time and again from Tom & Nicole to Mel & Oksana. However, here is one couple that likes to keep it real and not fall for something they don’t believe in.

Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have been together for 12 years and are still not married. The couple even have two kids together and yet Johnny tells Extra “I never found myself needing that piece of paper”.

"Marriage is really from soul to soul, heart to heart. You don't need somebody to say, okay you're married."

Having been ‘married’ in soul and heart, the lovestruck-yet-rational duo have managed to make it last longer than most Hollywood marriages. Also they seem to have inspired another very famous couple to follow in their footsteps - Brangelina!

However, Mr. Sensitive added that "if Vanessa wanted to get hitched" he would be waiting at the altar for her. But the chances of that happening are super slim because he'd "be so scared of ruining her last name. She's got such a good last name."

I wonder if he’d start a new trend there too by taking on her last name instead - Johnny Paradis! A little too stripperisque huh!
