She Sings

Anne showed off her singing skills in one of my favorite movies, Ella Enchanted. She belted out Queen's "Somebody To Love" and it's really, really impressive. Most recently, the actress lent her voice to the Les Miserables film/soundtrack. The entire cast sang live on-camera and Anne sounded incredible. She even used her voice for a funny skit on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon! Her singing is just one of the many reasons to love Anne Hathaway.

2

She'll Always Be a Princess

Anne stole all of our hearts in her role as Mia Thermopolis in "The Princess Diaries". I don't know about you, but I was also counting on having a long lost grandma find me and tell me I was of royal descent. Anne played that role magnificently; she was quirky and weird and made us all fall in love with how relatable her character was. She's definitely come a LONG way from that franchise, but to a lot of Anne fans, she'll always be Princess Mia!

3

Her Sense of Style

Anne's become quite the fashion icon on the red carpets. She always looks classy and timeless. When she gets glammed up for movie premieres/press junkets, it's not even fair how stunning she looks! Her style off-carpet is just as fashionable. She's got some awesome street style!

4

Freedom to Marry

In case you didn't know, Anne's older brother is gay. To show her support, Anne's been vocal in many LBGT causes! When she got married, she even sold her wedding photos and gave the money to Freedom to Marry, a pro-gay-marriage organization. How amazing is that? I love that she's always working and supporting everyone.

5

Prioritized Education

Anne's got beauty AND brains! The actress attended the elite liberal arts school, Vassar College, before transferring and earning her undergraduate degree from New York University. Pretty impressive, huh? I love that she made time for education even though she's busy filming major movies. Do you think you would have time to do both?

Famous Quotes

To give oneself earnestly to the duties due to men, and, while respecting spiritual beings, to keep aloof from them, may be called wisdom.

6

She's Animal-friendly

Anne's a huge lover of animals. She even converted to veganism after filming The Dark Knight Rises! I think it's awesome that she committed to such a life change.

7

She Has an Oscar

To state the obvious, Anne's insanely talented. Her acting in "Les Miserables" earned her the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. If you watched the movie, then you know just how well-deserved that Oscar was. As if she needed any validation, that Oscar just goes to prove that she's one of the best in the movie biz!

Well, there you have it! These are just seven out of many awesome reasons to love the ever so talented, Anne Hathaway. She's a great role model for women of all ages and I'm sure she'll be around for years and years to come. What's your favorite thing about Anne?

Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

Hathaway haters are just jealous, petty and frankly ignorant. God forbid a woman be nice, beautiful, talented and successful.

oh my goodness. I am not ignorant. I am not rude. It's not like I want to murder her and her family. She is a celebrity that I do not like. I do not enjoy her acting. I think that she is a drama club nerd who keeps playing a role, even when she is trying to be a "normal" person. I'm so sorry I have personally offended you all who seem to have a close personal friendship with Anne Hathaway!

whoa!!!!! This is the only thing I do not like about this app.... the rudeness. HATE is a really strong word rather you know someone personally or not. TOO MUCH drama for such a fun and interesting app!

@cathy Paris.....I'm sure the feeling is mutual

Why do you have to hate on someone you don't know? I think unless you know her personally, what's there to hate? How talented she is? Or how beautiful?

@b... you have a whole lot of nerve responding to my comment at all. I saw your comment on same sex couples. you wrote Disgusting in all caps you ignorant bitch... and if you love your little twit hero Anne Hathaway so much, perhaps you should have read how she crusades for same sex marriage. I really hope you get to read this. I find a celebrity annoying and you just had to say something. you are a bigot. I'm sure there are apps geared toward your narrow minded little brain. find one of those and don't you dare make a snarky comment to me when you clearly actually have hate in your heart.

how about how fake, pretentious, and annoying she is. I'm sure you are all perfect and have never had a bad word to say about anyone!

hate her!!!!
