4. Anna Kendrick
Is it weird to admit that I fell in love with this actress on Twitter before falling for her movies? Follow her @AnnaKendrick47 for tweets such as “When I misspell a word so badly that there are no replacement suggestions the sense of shame follows me all day,” and “There r few things in this world as perversely satisfying as popping zits, but I've thought of one. Ripping off false lashes, amirite ladies?” You will find it hard to not like her!

6. Emma Stone
“My parents are both very funny but they're also relatively soft-spoken, normal human beings while I'm just a lunatic. I don't know where this loud, ballsy, hammy ridiculousness came from. I'm just glad I followed my goals and my parents did too.” Emma Stone is one of the sweetest and funniest people around. I love the fact that she tries not to take life too seriously! If you don't believe me, head to Tumblr to find screencaps of the many silly faces that she makes in her interviews.
7. Raven-Symoné
There is a reason that her carefree demeanor has won over the hearts of her audience and critics alike. From her Disney days to each role that she has played, it is clear that she has a goofy side. Growing up, Raven-Symoné was my biggest idol; there is just something about her personality that makes her incredibly likable!
8. Isla Fischer
After seeing Isla Fishcher in "Wedding Crashers" I loved her. She was so easily believable as this crazy, clingy, and obsessive woman that I hoped she would continue to be funny. She was not a disappointment. She went on to do "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and more recently "Arrested Development." She may be able to to other roles that are a little more serious, but with ease she can transform into a hilarious and entertaining actress.
9. Emily Blunt
Ok I know Emily Blunt isn't known for her hilarious movie roles or anything like that, but she is really funny! Not only is she married to John Krasinski (a.k.a Jim Halpert from "The Office) who is absolutely hilarious, but she has popped up in quite a few funny movies. She was in "The Five Year Engagement" with funny man Jason Segal and also in "The Muppets." Personally, I think you have to have a great sense of humor to want to do a movie with "The Muppets."
10. Olivia Munn
I absolutely fell in love with Olivia Munn's hilarity in the short lived comedy "Perfect Couples." After that I realized that I was late on the Olivia Munn train and that she is actually not only known for being gorgeous, but also really funny! She has appeared in many funny roles and regularly appears as herself on "Attack of the Show" where she is able to hold her own and make people laugh.
11. Kristen Bell
Who doesn't love Kristen Bell? Not only is she super adorable, but she's funny too. She's appeared in quite a few funny shows and movies such as "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," "Party Down," and "Burning Love." Her acting isn't the only thing about her that's funny. She's married to Dax Shepard, so she must have a great sense of humor, and her Twitter is definitely worth following.
12. Kat Dennings
I love Kat Denning's Twitter! Her tweets are really funny and so is her acting. Before regularly appearing on "2 Broke Girls," she had already appeared in a few funny shows and movies. She voiced characters on "American Dad" and played the daughter in "The 40 Year Old Virgin." You may not be a fan of her show, but that doesn't mean her sarcastic wit isn't hilarious.
13. Alison Brie
I don't know much about Alison Brie, but from what I hear she's a favorite among hilarious celebrities. What I do know about her is that she is on "Community" which has quite a following and from what I've seen she's pretty funny on the show. She's also made appearances in other shows and movies that have tickled the audience's funny bone. She's definitely an underrated hilarious celebrity.
