We all know how great chef Gordon Ramsay is at cooking. Seems like he's also great at cooking excuses... to not pay up! His garbagemen, claim the "Hell's Kitchen" star refused to pay them over $20,000 in trash-handling costs.

Ramsay is now being sued by the Daniello Carting Co. - which claims that he owes them $24,766.50 .. after they spent months removing garbage from 'Gordon Ramsay at The London', his NY restaurant.

One thing my dad taught me as a kid is to never mess with those who manage your garbage, you don't want them going on a strike now do you!!
