There are a surprising number of celebrities who look like Disney characters. You wouldn't think that any human being could look anything like one of the doe-eyed animated stars of your favorite Disney movies, but some celebs bear more than a passing resemblance to princesses, princes, villains, and other beloved Disney characters. It's just a shame that they'll probably never play their look-alikes in live-action movies. Here's a look at a few celebrities who look like Disney characters:

1. Megan Fox as the Evil Queen in "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs"
Most celebrities who look like Disney characters resemble the good guys, but there are a few stars who look somewhat sinister. With her pale skin, red lips, and high-arched eyebrows, Megan Fox would make an amazing Evil Queen. However, it's hard to imagine the Magic Mirror on the wall telling her that she's not the fairest of them all. Unfortunately, Charlize Theron and Julia Roberts have already played Snow White's nemesis in live-action movies, so it seems unlikely that we'll see Megan as the Evil Queen anytime soon. However, you can see her look-alike, the lovely Angelina Jolie, as another villainous Disney vixen in the movie "Maleficent."
2. Jake Gyllenhaal as Flynn Rider in "Tangled"
This guy's big eyes are what make him resemble a Disney character. You could also argue that he also looks a lot like Prince Eric from "The Little Mermaid." However, he looks more like Flynn when he smirks. Interestingly, Jake once dated his own Rapunzel—his ex, Taylor Swift, posed as Rapunzel in one of Annie Leibovitz's Disney Dream Portraits. Jake also almost played Rapunzel's prince in the movie "Into the Woods," but he was replaced by Billy Magnussen. If you want to see Jake as a heroic prince, check out "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time."
Frequently asked questions
Isn't it fun to spot real people who look like animated characters? Quite a few folks think that Zac Efron has that dashing Flynn Rider look with his chiseled features and charming smile. I totally see it!
For sure, Amanda Seyfried often comes up in these discussions. With her long blonde hair and big expressive eyes, she really gives off those Rapunzel vibes. It's like the character jumped right out of the movie!
Oh definitely! Some people think that actors like Ian Somerhalder or even Matt Bomer share that handsome rogue quality that Flynn Rider has. It's so much fun to compare!
There are quite a few! For instance, people often say that Emma Stone resembles Ariel from The Little Mermaid, especially with her red hair. And don't even get me started on how much Margot Robbie can look like Elsa from Frozen!
I think it's just a fun way to blend the magic of Disney with the real world. Plus, it feels like a game—spotting the similarities and imagining these celebrities in those fantastical roles. It's playful and brings a bit of whimsy to our day!
3. Dove Cameron as Rapunzel in "Tangled"
Sorry, T-Swift—Dove Cameron looks a lot more like Rapunzel than you do with her freckles and huge green eyes. It makes sense that Dove resembles a Disney princess since she's the star of the Disney Channel series, "Liv and Maddie." The adorable blonde looks so much like Rapunzel that she told M magazine that her boyfriend will sometimes refer to her by the princess's name. Dove also says that she shares Rapunzel's "hyper" personality. Now she just has to get busy growing that hair!
4. Ashley Benson as Tinkerbell in "Peter Pan"
Rose McIver was a great choice for Tinkerbell on ABC's "Once Upon a Time" TV series. However, this "Pretty Little Liars" star looks a little more like Peter Pan's pixie pal. She has a round face, a button nose, and eyes that slightly slant up just like Tink. However, she might not be the best role model for little girls who love Tinkerbell after starring in the crazy movie "Spring Breakers." Tink might be mischievous, but she'd never rob a restaurant and party with James Franco.
5. Michael Ealy as Prince Naveen from "the Princess and the Frog"
Michael Ealy looks so perfect that he plays an artificial being on the FOX series "Almost Human," so it kinda makes sense that he resembles an animated character. He definitely has the large, soft eyes of a Disney protagonist. Their unusual light color is what makes him really resemble Prince Naveen. However, his eyes are light blue while Naveen's are light brown. If "Once Upon a Time" ever decides to take on "The Princess and the Frog," hopefully the show considers casting him as the prince who has to learn to change his selfish ways (and hopefully the show doesn't change his cool eye color).

6. Chris Hemsworth as Phoebus in "the Hunchback of Notre Dame"
Chris Hemsworth's bulky body makes him look like a living He-Man, so it's no surprise that he was cast as hulking superhero Thor. He also got to play the huntsman in "Snow White and the Huntsman." Since Hemmy is so good at playing a hero, he'd make the perfect Phoebus in "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." He's definitely proved that he can pull off hair and facial hair similar to the style that the brave soldier sports. He also has plenty of experience rocking heavy armor and wooing gorgeous women.
7. Anna Kendrick as Megara from "Hercules"
Megara has an angular look that stands out from other female Disney characters. Similarly, Anna Kendrick isn't your typical Hollywood beauty with her girl-next-door good looks. Something about the shape of her eyebrows, nose, and eyes makes her look very Megara-like (she's just missing the massive ponytail). Anna also has a similar sly smile, and she shares Megara's sharp sense of humor. It's a shame she didn't reunite with "Twilight" costar Kellan Lutz in his Hercules movie.
These celebrities who look like Disney characters don't just resemble the cartoon stars—they'd probably all do an excellent job actually playing them. So Disney really needs to get busy working on live-action movies based on all of its popular animated films. Can you think of any other celebs who should play their Disney look-alikes in live-action movies?
