Surely many fans were shocked to see The Vampire Diaries heartthrob in such a gritty role, especially so early in his career. Before he was brooding as Stefan Salvatore and sweeping viewers off their feet, Paul Wesley showed his versatility as an actor in the intense and dark world of Law & Order: SVU. His performance, though brief and tragic, hinted at the promise of his future success in the industry. This episode is a must-watch for die-hard Wesley followers wanting to catch a glimpse of his earlier work.

4. John Krasinski

John Krasinski Just before making a name on The Office, John guest-starred on Criminal Intent, season 3, episode 11.

Jennifer Love Hewitt Jennifer Love Hewitt dominated TV screens in Ghost Whisperer - one of my favorite shows of all time - but after it was canceled in 2010, J.Love took her talents to an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She played a rape victim who was afraid to leave the house. The episode, titled "Behave," was the third episode to air in season 12.
